Born on the 7th of July, 1986, into the esteemed family of Alhaji Abdul Haruna in the historic town of Ankpa, Kogi State, Alhaji Sanusi Abdul Sanusi’s life is a testament to the power of structured ambition. His journey began with a foundational education at QIC Primary School, Inye, and Inye Community Secondary School, where he first demonstrated the intellectual curiosity that would define his career.
Steered by a commitment to academic excellence, he proceeded to the Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2008. Following his mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) tenure with the Department of Petroleum Resources in Lagos, he deepened his administrative mastery at the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration (2014–2016).

Sanusi’s professional trajectory is marked by a transition from corporate diligence to visionary leadership. Between 2012 and 2019, he served with distinction at the Nigeria Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO), where he refined his expertise in high-stakes operations and management.
In 2022, driven by a desire to redefine the Nigerian landscape, he pivoted toward entrepreneurship.
As the Founder and CEO of Sanan Real Homes Ltd, he has successfully transitioned a startup into a formidable household name. Under his stewardship, the firm has become synonymous with growth and reliability, a feat solidified by his active membership in the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).
